Since the beginning of 2010 the automated system of document flow and office-work (ASDD) constructed on the LanDocs platform SUE MOSGAS works in the mode of trial operation. According to the project schedule of system implementation since January of the current year the administration registers the entering, outgoing and organizational and administrative documents in a system. The total failure SUE MOSGAS from the address of paper copies for incoming documents, orders, orders, protocols and memos is planned for May.
The project developed according to the economic plan: for installation of the DB server and the application server virtual machines were used. Works started in the middle of October, 2009 and was are executed in extremely short time. Despite it, within the project the extensive training program of personnel was performed. In the territory of the customer the educational class on 10 listeners was equipped. In a system according to special programs employees of the administration had training for work. Individual training of the top officials of the company is provided. Except automation of procedures of office-work, classical for electronic document management systems, in SUE MOSGAS using a system the service of "one window" adopting petitions from citizens is organized now.

Terminal phase of the project
Specialists of LANIT company completed automation of internal processes of approval of memos, orders and orders at the customer. As the tool LanDocs is used server a component ": Routing", the press service of the company reported on October 30, 2012.
Job
Implementation was performed step by step. At the first stage specialists of LANIT analyzed business processes of Mosgas company, developed the project documentation. Further a system was implemented in the pilot zone integrating 50 jobs. At the final stage automation covered 200 jobs. Routes of approval of documents are defined according to the selected signer and hierarchy of subordination of the author of the document. The LANIT company automated control of approval of documents: the staff of office can trace a flow of documentation now. All processes of approval were covered by a control system of execution of instructions with the developed reports: "Sheet of approval" and "Reference of activity of users of the automated electronic document management system".
Anton Zheltoukhov, the director of business development of department of document management systems of LANIT, noted: "Development of the project was performed with direct participation of staff of administrative support. Joint work over the project, beginning from preparation of the project documentation and finishing with delivery of a system in commercial operation, allowed us to implement the project as soon as possible and to reach assigned tasks".
