Also, ALMIs specialists prepared a distribution of the AlterOS operating system, which supported the operation of the necessary software used to work in the EIMTS (Unified Integrated Multi-Service Telecommunications Network) of the Moscow Region Government, integrated improved security protocols to protect users and important information, a technical support system in the format of 24/7 was organized for a softer transition.

The implemented functionality made it possible without problems and as soon as possible for users to switch to domestic software (more than 65% of the total PC fleet) and abandon Microsoft products, in accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236, as well as to configure and unify permissions and restrictions for users when working in the system.
