2019: Implementation of an automated system "Digitalization of accounting in electronic industry"

On July 30, 2019 the Formula group reported that it developed and "Digitalization of accounting in electronic industry" at the Mstator plant, the Russian developer and the producer of different electromagnetic components implemented an automated system.

During the initial stage consultants of Formula group booked audit for detection of requirements of Mstator, simulated and structured business processes necessary for it for their further automation and developed special methodology "Transparent production". Thanks to this development became possible to begin digitalization of production processes of the plant, as it was performed in the course of implementation of Formula of the "Digitalization of Accounting in Electronic Industry" system created by specialists.

As a result of the implemented Mstator project, the contractor of the state tenders for state defense orders, could organize on production separate accounting according to the law "About the State Defence Order", receive detailing and carry out the plan-fact analysis by each order, it is correct to calculate actual cost and to improve production logistics. Also thanks to automation of different routine transactions the efficiency of accounting department increased. Allowed to carry out transparency of passing of the order from its acceptance to sale and implementation, in addition to control, the analysis and it is correct to predict production of the Mstator plant.

Our partnership with Formula company began in 2015 when we implemented the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management system, but because of change of statutory requirements and emergence in us of new business challenges we decided to modify and improve our IT technologies seriously. The automated system the "Digitalization of accounting in electronic industry" created under our requirements and tasks by specialists of Formula and implemented at the Mstator plant helps us to perform successfully government contracts, to prepare the reporting by orders, commented Sergey Pavlov, the CEO of the Mstator plant
