The Wincor Nixdorf company with the assistance of Sberbank of the Russian Federation implemented the project – the self-service terminal which is completely automating work with the client of bank.

The product was provided as an exhibit, within the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is the multiservice self-service terminal which is completely automating work of bank with the client. As developers say, it is the only device in the world with the functionality which is almost replacing the whole bank department.

By means of it implementation of any banking activity is possible, up to opening of the bank deposit account. The bank plastic card (including with the microchip) can be received right there. Issue individual design of this card, using photos from any carrier. Make a request for providing a consumer loan, be discharged on it and even - approval of the loan officer of online.

Within these "powers" the ATM scans the passport and other documents necessary for drawing up credit history verifies their authenticity. The hardware and software system considers personal conditions of the client – currency, a loan term, a rate, allows to select and activate the loyalty program (avia-bonuses, mobile bonuses, charity, etc.).

The terminal corresponds to the most advanced technologies of protection including identification of the client on three-dimensional scanning face and biometrics of fingers.

The interface of the ATM is focused on services of Sberbank. On any question the client of bank can contact the call center agent via the built-in webcam, get necessary advice.

For Sberbank of Russia the solution which does not have analogs in the world is created, the CEO of Wincor Nixdorf Russia Vitaly Postolaty emphasized, this terminal replaces bank department and allows the client to perform all necessary operations in the self-service mode.
