2017: Construction of a 1C: Integrated Automation-based accounting system for NPF AZ

in Research and Production Company "AZ" 2017, built accounting system on the basis the Russian ERP of a system 1C: Integrated Automation with parallel implementation and integration. 1C: Retail This helped to strengthen not only production processes, but also trade.

The company is engaged in the production of medical diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, surgical equipment, medical instrument, orthopedic devices.

On the recommendation of the automation partner WiseAdvice-IT, the management of NPF AZ chose the optimal solution for its needs for comprehensive automation of business processes of the production and trading enterprise: a combination of solutions 1S:KA and 1C: Retail. During the implementation project of the new ACS, the following functions were automated:

• In the loop accounting- regulated reporting;
• Budgeting, treasury, financial analytics and management accounting - all financial management tools and the ability for management to see the full picture of the business, to provide the right steps for the stable development of the company;
• Sales: From planning and standard wholesale and retail transactions to analysis, costing and marketing activities. In addition, WiseAdvice-IT implemented a retail circuit through the implementation and integration with 1C configuration 1S:KA: Retail;
• Warehouse and Logistics - all operations for product movement through the warehouse, inventory accounting, inventory analysis, etc.
• Purchasing and Supplier Relationship Management Complete automation of procurement processes, management of the entire supply chains and automated interaction by supplier companies for the purpose of manufacturing medical equipment;
• CRM-unit for convenient interaction with customers of NPF AZ equipment.

Application solution 1C: Integrated automation 2 made it possible to build a modern accounting system with a high degree of detailed costs, determine the indicators of user management and responsibility within a single IT space.
