NPO Mashinostroyenia Military Industrial Complex upgrades network structure of the enterprise

The IT company performed works on creation of the first stage of network infrastructure at head enterprise JSC NPO Mashinostroyenia Military Industrial Complex, reported integrator in the corporate blog on September 26, 2012.

Approach

By the time of the beginning of the project in the territory of the enterprise actually there was no uniform local computer network (LCN), there was a large number of the subnets of the separate production body which are poorly interacting among themselves. It seriously complicated processes of support and information resource management of all enterprise. In the light of it, creation of the centralized corporate information network became the main task of the project.

The contractor of the project selected IT company.

Implementation

During the project structured cabling systems in the body of the enterprise, no break power supply system of communication hubs and the communication centers and also a corporate data network are constructed.

Within one year specialists of IT designed and created:

• structured cabling systems in 7 body of the enterprise, including fiber optic communications in buildings
• no break power supply systems of local territorial communication hubs and communication centers
• local information network of the enterprise on active network equipment of Cisco

Expectations

The created corporate network will become a technology platform for further development of corporate management systems, control of technology processes and communication.
