NPO Mashinostroyenia automates management of Research and Development

On August 3, 2017 the company Informkontakt consulting announced the beginning of the project of process automation of management of Research and Development in NPO Mashinostroyenia JSC Military Industrial Complex. At the heart of an implementation project technology "System Digital enterprise".

Project Tasks

As the platform for process automation of management of Research and Development the domestic complex of the software of SUPZhTs Digital enterprise is selected. It is developed by Federal State Unitary Enterprise VNIIEF for the enterprises of a nuclear weapon complex of Rosatom State Corporation. The complex is based on products among which there is an Alfa System.

The functionality of SUPZhTs considers kind of work of defense industry enterprises:

• possibility of change of work plans in the project progress,
• variety of types of activity,
• a high probability of change of the project documentation of products in the course of production,
• big duration and complexity of fabrication cycles of projects.

The project is executed by VNIIEF in cooperation with Informkontakt company and the customer's specialists.

Certainly Research and Development is an important component of activity of our enterprise. A problem of the choice of a software platform for creation of a modern management system of Research and Development it turned out not simple. Frankly speaking, we already in general doubted that the suitable operable solution will be found. During visit of RFYaTs and acquaintance to SUPZhTs in operation noted close in fact and the solution adapted for requirements of our managers. The first feeling was that it was created practically under us. And taking into account that this only finished domestic solution which already contains ready management models activity of the complex scientific and production enterprise and solves problems of product lifecycle management in all circuits – up to a state secret and a choice for benefit of Digital enterprise was made.
