NPO Progtekh

In April, 2015 the Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company completed creation of an information system based on the 1C: Integrated Automation software product in NPO Progtekh Ltd (. Zhukovsky, Moscow region).

Date of delivery of a system in commercial operation: 01.04.2015. The beginning of the project – May, 2014.

For implementation of this project the Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company known as the partner of 1C Company was selected from the moment of the basis. Projects of the company enter in TOP-20 the largest implementations according to the rating of 1C, it and also the speed and quality of the works performed by the company, were good cause for the choice of Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company as the contractor of the project.

During the project the following works were performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Sale of the selected software products
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
• Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
• Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
• Integration with other systems
• Data transfer from the previous automation systems
• Individual training at office of the customer

Within the project the following functions were automated:

• Accounting of requests for connection of subscribers
• Control of execution of requests for connection
• Reporting according to requests for connection
• Planning and accounting of work of erection team
• Accounting of the material consumption on execution of works of erection team
• Reporting on work of erection team
• Accounting of requests in technical support
• Control of execution of requests in technical support
• Reporting on work of technical support

All tasks set by the Customer were carried successfully out. For Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company this project brought wide experience, and the customer received a convenient information system.

Characteristics of an automation object:

• System operation option: Client-server (database server of the Microsoft SQL Server)
• Number of the automated jobs: 15. Including on the thick client – 15.
