NPSP (Novosibirsk Plant Sandwich Panels) (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

In June, 2013 in Novosibirsk Plant Sandwich Panels (NPSP) Group optimization of the accounting system, by implementation of 1C: Enterprise 8.2 was made.

Before support of the accounting program written by third-party programmers was long and expensive process. Also terms in which it was required to perform updates were critical for maintenance of quality of the reporting. A lot of time left on filling of declarations on different taxes.

After attempts to conduct implementation process "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" independently, the company made the decision to address services of "Infosoft".

Carrying out implementation only on the basis of the standard solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" without making changes in a configuration was one of requirements to automation (completions could concern only reports and printed forms). Thus, in the project progress consulting maintenance was rendered and approaches to account policy in general on group are changed.

The following functional units of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product were put into operation:

• Sales management;
• Purchase management;
• Inventory management;
• Cost management;
• Cash management;
• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Management of non-current assets;
• Accounting of overalls / special equipment;
• Production management;
• Customer relationship management;
• Personnel management of the organizations.

During implementation of the software product, specialists of Intensive Center "Infosoft", performed the following works:

1. Consulting maintenance
2. User training
3. Consultation of users within trial operation
4. Completions of printed forms of primary documents under specific requirements.

During trial operation on all transactions of the functional units stated above users were trained, reports are received and checked. Timely regulated reporting is handed over. Users work within uniform information base with the advanced methodological approaches conforming to the last requirements of the legislation. Terms of preparation of the reporting were significantly reduced (by some types - to several months).

It is subscribed by ITS, requirement to improvement of the systems of management accounting and planning is designated.

During the project 37 jobs, a median number of simultaneous users 25 were automated.

• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
• Training in group at office of the customer
