NSD completed implementation of a complex of information services

On April 1, 2014 the Neoflex company announced project completion of implementation of a complex of information services of the Center of corporate information of NSD on the basis of the GoldenSource 360º EDM software product.

Project Results

The Neoflex company and National settlement depositary started in work a complex of information services of the Center of corporate information which accumulates data on issuers, the securities serviced in NSD and also about all carried-out corporate actions. The solution is created on the platform of the software of GoldenSource Corporation company.

The internal system of NSD which will gradually be replenished with information arriving from issuers, the Moscow Exchange and other sources will be information source for GoldenSource, at the first operational stage of the technological solution. The implemented solution helps to verify the data received from different market participants, to create different information products, to configure the individual schedule of sending and to direct data on electronic channels according to individual customer needs of NSD.
