"NZVZ Volgopromventilyation" completed an implementation project of a system of accounting of production

On November 19, 2014 the IT-Consult company announced the project of automation of production planning in NZVZ Volgopromventilyation company.

Project Progress

The project of automation it is created for the scheme of production planning "on a warehouse". The planning algorithms implemented in a system during an implementation project provide completely automatic formation of the production plan of section of production of spiral and castle air ducts taking into account the features stated above. For accounting of non-staff situations the mechanism of editing automatically calculated production schedule in the limits set by technical specifications is provided in a system.

The reference books implemented in a system contain all necessary data for planning not only utilization of capacities, but also for assessment of security of production orders with required materials (the list of materials of a product, consumption rate of materials, communication with 1C regarding obtaining data on availability of materials in a warehouse).

Project Results

"Thanks to the implemented schedule system automatic calculation of the production plan is executed so that to provide required warehouse stocks of products according to preset values on each nomenclature position, - Dmitry Fedotenkov the plant manager noted. - At the same time minimization of readjustments of the equipment is provided, security of production orders with materials (communication with the warehouse system implemented in a 1C system) and also the set priorities on completion dates of commercial orders is considered if like those are not provided with warehouse stocks (the urgent orders exceeding forecast indicators of warehouse stocks)".
