Intermediate project deliverables on transition to the New chart of accounts in "NSG - Rosenergo"

On October 20, 2015 the Homnet Consulting company announced signing of the contract with "National Insurance Group - "ROSENERGO" on project implementation of automation of the reporting under industry standards on the platform "to Homnet: OSK".

Project Tasks

"The National Insurance Group - "ROSENERGO" started execution of the initiatives of the Central Bank of Russian Federation connected with the introduction since 2016 owing to Regulations on preparation of financial statements.

In September, 2015 customer representatives addressed to Homnet Consulting. The choice of the contractor is caused by practical experience of work of specialists Homnet Consulting with insurance companies and development "Homnet: OSK".

Solution "Homnet: OSK" - the add-on module to the program "Homnet: The IFRS" also include a set of methodological cases:

• unified plan of accounts (UPA) of the non-credit financial institution (NCFI),

• accounting on personal accounts (using the checked functionality),

• look-up table of accounts of financial accounting (PBU) and accounts of EPS of insurance company,

• the list of new report forms of insurance company with a technique of their filling on the basis of a unified plan of accounts.

Project Progress

In October, 2015 the first stage of the project – System design according to the results of which specialists Homnet Consulting will prepare the technical specifications on adaptation of a subsystem of NFO containing a technique of reflection of transactions in a system and account policy began.

2016

For the beginning of 2016 within the project the following works are already performed:

• The analysis of the current account policy on accounting blocks;
• Determination of differences in reflection of economic operations on the current account policy and according to new industry standards;
• Adaptation of a unified plan of accounts and look-up table of the accounts used in the standard program under functional project requirements;
• The description of methods of reflection of economic transactions in accounting;
• The analysis of necessary completions in the program;
• The analysis of discrepancies in accounting according to new industry standards and according to IFRS;
• Installation of a system, inline tunings of a system on the 1C Platform, setup of access rights, account policy, the regulated reference books;
• Setup of the table of a mepping of EPS-MSFO, setup of the regulated report forms and notes according to IFRS.
