In Yakutsk carried out transplantation of a kidney using 3D - the equipment

On June 27, 2019 it became known that the doctor of medical sciences, the chief surgeon of Medical command center and professor of the Moscow medico-dental university Eduard Gallyamov held by affairs of the mayor and the Government of Moscow a master class in endoscopic transplantation of a kidney with 3D - visualization. Experience on it is adopted by the Yakut doctors.

Operations on transplantation of a kidney are performed in Yakutia nearly twenty years, however in the endoscopic way and using 3D - installations – for the first time. Such method of surgical intervention is less traumatic, and patients after it are rehabilitated quicker. The director of clinical center of NTsM, main non-staff transpantolog the Ministries of Health of RS (Ya) Albert Vasilyev called transaction the following step.

Since 2001 we implemented related transplantation of a kidney from the living donor, on a master class the same operation, but with a difference that the stage of a fence of the donor occurs by an endoscopic method is performed. In other words, tools are entered through separate punctures into an abdominal cavity, and operation is performed under the camera. We see a space image on the screen, it is shown on the screen, all this allows to work with fabrics of bodies more filigree. The equipment for transaction of production of Germany – endoscopic 3D - the rack – was provided by B.Braun company, all equipment was tested by the Yakut doctors within two months. And the integrated operating room was transferred by medical institute of SVFU.

It is unlikely we already tomorrow with the same equipment as at professor Gallyamov, we will operate, but some nuances, technologies which he uses, ourselves adopted.
