The multifunction telecom operator Nauka-Svyaz summed up the results of the first year of work on the program of licensing Microsoft SPLA and cooperation with official reseller of the program – Softline company. Due to providing services according to the program SPLA "Nauka-Svyaz" could offer key clients more full range of services, save their loyalty that has a positive impact on financial performance of the company.

Nauka-Svyaz renders telecommunication services of the broadest spectrum: from providing communication channels to clients, telephony, Internet access and television before services of system integration, outsourcing of billing and customer support department and also placement of the equipment (co-location). The company cooperates both with public authorities and corporate clients, and with other telecom operators and individuals.

Having joined the SPLA program in January of the 2012th, Nauka-Svyaz had an opportunity to offer the clients of service of access to product-based solutions of Microsoft. In addition to the company of a complete line of software Microsoft provided in "cloud" infrastructure, Nauka-Svyaz leases the IT equipment – personal computers and servers – with installed solutions of Microsoft. It allows clients to have completely unrolled IT infrastructure without the considerable capital investments.

A number of clients of the company among whom – Evening Moscow newspaper editorial office and ID Komsomolskaya Pravda already used these services.

According to the technical director of Nauka-Svyaz LLC Andrey Petrov, in the solutions proposed by the company to the customers today products of Microsoft corporation widely are applied. "Due to providing services according to the SPLA program we could offer our key clients more full range of services, save their loyalty that, finally, has a positive impact on financial performance of our company, – Andrey Petrov notes. – And full support of Softline as one of the largest partners of Microsoft corporation helps with Russia to us quickly and to work correctly according to the program, guaranteeing, thereby, reliability of our services for the end user".
Balashov Igor, the director of business development of Softline, says: "Increase in loyalty of the current clients and attraction of the offered business services, new at the expense of expansion of a line, is what the SPLA program gives, without requiring at the same time initial investments into software and without imposing obligations for a minimum of sales.
