2019: Lexema-SR implementation

From February to May, 2019 the project on implementation robot- accountants was implemented Lexema-SR.

The robot accountant works at two remote places in Blagoveshchensk and Neftekamsk. For June, 2019 the robot processes Bidding-12, UPD, the Invoice. A system in streaming mode scans, will recognize, classifies documents and also fills out the document with necessary analysts and codes of corporate reference books. After verification the document with the completed details necessary for carrying out postings, goes to the accounting system of the enterprise.

In a system about 200 users work.

2018: Lexema-ECM implementation

From June to August, 2018 the project on Lexema-ECM document flow implementation was implemented.

Neftegazstroy LLC is engaged in construction and repairs of pipelines, arrangement of gas and oil fields. Productive activity of the enterprise occurs on remote sections. In addition to standard problems of electronic document management of Lexema solves problems of operational interaction between remote divisions and management personnel. Remote sections using an electronic document management system submit applications for any resources in which they need: transport, materials for projects, stationery and office equipment, personnel for business trips, for works for carrying out tests. In a system operational time keeping which forms a basis for payroll is also kept. The web architecture of document flow allows to minimize administration of a system and to ensure functioning of remote divisions in any place with the available Internet.

2008: Lexema-ERP implementation

In November, 2008 the EcoSoft company implemented the project on implementation of Lexema-ERP at the Neftegazstroy enterprise.

Lexema-ERP is single complete solution which automates practically all business processes of Neftegazstroy LLC
