"Russia" carried out by Nestlé upgrade of a system of mobile trade

The project of management of distribution of Nestle is based on the automation system of mobile trade of OPTIMUM.

In 2004 group CDC deployed the multilevel program of control of sales for the Groceries, Confectionery, Ice cream and Stern for Animals business directions in all territory of Russia and Belarus.

Less than in 18 months were united in a single information network head office, 11 regional and there are more than one hundred distributors with the different accounting systems. Nestle received the powerful tool for remote control the mobile employees from the uniform center. "trade from wheels" (van selling), collecting of orders (pre selling), merchandising, monitoring of transport and field personnel, management of standards of distribution, are automated by assortment policy, trade marketing. All data (stock balance, sales and other) on distributors and their partners with detailing come to head office Nestle up to each of 200 thousand outlets with which they work.

Project Development

On August 14, 2016 company CDC announced connection in July, 2016 to the system of mobile trade of OPTIMUM of teams of the merchandisers and sales representatives working in the Baby food direction.

At the same time there took place replacement of the equipment at the sales representatives collecting orders on mobile computers with the Windows Mobile operating system.

For August, 2016 more than 6 thousand mobile employees and more than 900 managers working at offices on hundred distribution platforms are involved in the project of Nestle.
