2023: Functional replacement of SAP with "1C:ERP Enterprise Management"
The main goal of the project was the functional replacement of SAP with "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" in a precisely defined period of 4 months.
The result of the project was the implementation of the following key blocks:
1. Management of NSI and integration.
2. Sales Management:
2.1. A process is organized for placing customer orders, followed by securing the order, shipping to the order.
2.2. Mechanisms for completing finished products were developed and launched before shipment to counterparties in accordance with the shipment plan.
2.3. Mechanisms for maintaining settlements with buyers have been launched.
2.4. You have set up separate batch accounting for goods and finished goods.
3. Procurement management.
4. Production Management:
4.1. The production planning process is implemented using production plans in the system.
4.2. The processes of calculating production schedules and forming production orders have been launched.
4.3. Mechanisms for analyzing the demand for ordering and automatically generating documents for transferring materials to production are implemented.
4.4. The processes of manufacturing products in the system and writing off materials for release have been launched.
4.5. Mechanisms for working with shift jobs in production areas have been launched with the reflection of the execution of operations and the subsequent analysis of the execution of shift jobs.
5. Management. warehouse logistics
6. Regulated accounting is implemented on a typical configuration.
7. Salary and personnel management.
The integration of "1C:ERP" and "1C: Salary and Personnel Management" has been set up and finalized to reflect wage expenses in regulated accounting.
