"New Laboratory" is a medical center providing a large range of laboratory-diagnostic and outpatient-polyclinic services in Tver and Vyshny Volochka. The clinic has its own clinical diagnostic laboratory and a staff of doctors with many years of experience.

Earlier, employees of the New Laboratory MC used in the work of the AIDA MIS, covering only the tasks of the registry. But, given the realities, it was also necessary to automate the work of a centralized laboratory, doctors, economists, etc. The management of the clinic was faced with the task of introducing MIS, which will allow combining the processes of a medical organization in a single information space and integrating with federal services. In addition, the clinic team wanted to work with a proven and reliable MIS developer providing technical support services. Evaluating the solutions presented on the market and their vendors, the management of the "New Laboratory" chose the qMS system from SP.ARM.

Preparation for implementation and the launch of the system took about four months. At the first stage, from October 2022 to January 2023, preliminary configuration of the qMS MIS base, training of clinic employees, connection of analyzers, migration of the patient base from the previous MIS were carried out. At the second stage, in February 2023, the full-fledged work of the clinic in qMS began.

As of September 2023, the recording and registration of patients of the "New Laboratory" is carried out immediately in qMS. The results of laboratory tests are automatically transmitted to the LIS from analyzers and available to doctors, and the results tests for Covid-19 are sent Rospotrebnadzor to and visible to patients in. The plans of the "New Laboratory" include the launch of personal accounts for the patient and external counterparties (sending organizations). In the future, using a personal account, patients will be able to remotely sign contracts and informed consents using the State Key application. This will avoid unnecessary visits to the clinic and more quickly resolve organizational issues. In addition, New Lab is working to launch a loyalty program at qMS.
