Depending on the weight of the New Mail package, different types of robots are involved. In the sorting zones of small dispatches (up to 2 kg), a robot train consisting of two sections is used.
The employee puts the package on the robot, which takes it to the scanner and moves it to the box responsible for a certain geographical direction.
