"New products" transferred corporate communications to a cloud

On August 25, 2016 the Softline Ukraine company announced the project of transfer in a cloud of a corporate mail service of New Products group.

Project Tasks

The customer company was faced by a task - to provide employees with effective communications. It was required to find the solution, scalable, compatible to other software, to avoid purchase expensive hardware and the software. The partner in project implementation selected Softline company.

In an analysis result of tasks of the customer and carrying out information and technical advices the decision to use a cloud solution of Microsoft Office 365 was made.

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor suggested to use the cloud solution of Microsoft Office 365 integrating Microsoft services: Exchange, Skype for Business (before Lync), SharePoint, OneDrive on one platform.

Within the project Softline performed works on transfer of mail services of the customer from the local server on the Linux platform in Exchange Online.

Project Results

The customer received the full-fledged system of corporate communications. Each employee has own cloud storage of files, can effectively organize team working using conference communication and demonstration of a desktop. The solution to pass to a cloud mail system became for us strategically important. We got access to several services at once that improved interaction of employees, increased their mobility and simplified the solution of a number of working tasks. During the project specialists of Softline in a short time performed works on migration of mail and the centralized installation of the Office 365 Pro office suite on local stations of users.
