Content

Specialists 1C-Rarus completed system implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez — Service LLC.

Start

The software product applied to personnel records and payroll did not allow to reflect necessary indicators. Many reports formed manually, in spreadsheets that was very labor-consuming. Information exchange with accounting service also required a lot of time.

The question of implementation of qualitatively new system of personnel records and payroll became relevant in connection with adoption in 2011 of the Law on a new payment procedure of temporary disability benefits. Transition to more modern accounting system which is most adapted to requirements of the legislation became an urgent action.

The management selected the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program on a technology platform "1C: Enterprise 8.2". The Nizhny Novgorod branch "1C-Rarus" became the partner in implementation.

Project

System implementation with the minimum completions for a possibility of operational and painless data-refresh according to requirements of the legislation was one of the important conditions set by the Customer.

During the project 1C-Rarus is performed by specialists data transfer from the former accounting system, inventory of necessary details of personnel records is carried out, the new reports which are earlier prepared in other programs or stored on paper carriers are configured.

A system is brought into operation in 15 workplaces.

Opinion

Results of the project were commented by the chief accountant of Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez — Service LLC Tatyana Zakharycheva: "For the present day we can safely claim that the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system is, really, the high-quality and convenient tool. Consolidation of personnel records and payroll on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform allowed us to avoid copying of data from spreadsheets in the program. We are glad that the Nizhny Novgorod branch of 1C-Rarus company became our partner. Thanks to the coordinated actions and the accurate scheduled plan of works we managed to implement transition from the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform most quickly and without serious consequences. We see the main results in reduction of time and labor costs of employees and increase in accuracy of the data".

Result

Labor costs are as a result reduced by preparation of the regulated reporting, the procedure of payroll for different employee categories is optimized. Calculation of social benefits for rules of the Nizhny Novgorod region participating in a pilot project of the Social Insurance Fund is automated.
