Nizhnekamskneftekhim (EDMS)

JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim company during the 2011-12th. purchased additional licenses of a subsystem of "DELO-WEB" for 600 jobs – options EDMS "DELO", developments of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company. Delivery and technical maintenance of systems are performed by InfoEngineering LLC company – the regional partner of EOS Group in Tatarstan.

JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim – dynamically developing, hi-tech petrochemical enterprise of the Russian Federation, is included into TAIF group. The industrial complex of the company includes: more than 10 plants of the main production, 6 centers (including scientific and technology and design) and also the non-productive departments and managements located on two production sites and having the centralized transport, power and telecommunication infrastructure.

The management of huge collective and assets requires implementation of advanced technologies. At the enterprise there is a permanent process of implementation of the advanced information technologies, including, development of an electronic document management system.

The project on workflow automation in structures of JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim began summer of 2003. Considerable volumes of document flow at the enterprise and, as a result, the need for streamlining of processes of work with documents became premises of implementation. A choice for benefit of EDMS "DELO" was made taking into account experience of cooperation of EOS Group company and its regional partner InfoEngineering with leading enterprises of fuel and energy complex of Tatarstan.

Since launch of a system and its options in commercial operation regular increase in quantity of jobs and expansion of functionality was made. Today the total quantity of licenses reached: "CASE" and "DELO-WEB" - 820 jobs.

During all life a system allowed to solve successfully problems of document flow of the enterprise, to provide control over execution of instructions, to accelerate exchange of documents between divisions, including, for the organization of remote work with documents via the web interface using a subsystem of "DELO-WEB". All this became the basis for further expansion of scales of use of the CASE system and its components at the enterprise.

Works on implementation and setup of a system and also user training are performed in close cooperation of specialists of InfoEngineering company and service of documentary providing and IT services of JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim.
