2025: Implementation

Holins LLC, representing the interests of the Nizhnevartovsk District Clinical Hospital, is introducing the ETLA electronic archive system. This was announced by Atlas Soft on April 4, 2025.

The project was implemented in a remote format, including the stages of examination, configuration and installation of the system.

Nizhnevartovsk District Clinical Hospital is one of the medical institutions in the city of Nizhnevartovsk, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

The main goal of the implementation of the ETLA system was to create an electronic archive that helps optimize document flow and ensure quick access to the necessary information. This, in turn, should improve the responsiveness of medical personnel and improve the quality of patient care.

Project milestones

  • Remote survey: Etla specialists Software conducted a series of consultations with representatives hospitals and provided survey questionnaires for a detailed analysis of current document management processes.
  • System Setup:
    • Account Creation: All user accounts were registered on the system, providing personalized access to the archive.
    • User Group Formation: User groups have been established taking into account the organizational structure of the hospital to effectively distribute access rights.
    • Archive structuring: A hierarchical structure of document storage has been developed and implemented with delineation of access rights for different categories of users.
    • Filling out reference books: All the necessary reference books are included in the system to ensure standardization data and simplification of search processes.
    • Create Document Cards: You have set up cards for three document types that contain key attributes for each type.
    • Automation of processes: Rules for automatic numbering, naming and posting of documents are established, which significantly reduced the time for information processing.
    • Report development: A number of reports have been generated to analyze data and monitor key performance indicators.

Implementation results

  • The introduction of the ETLA system allowed the Nizhnevartovsk District Clinical Hospital to achieve the following results:
