Software the Academy implemented the solution "1C: Integrated Automation" in the Orenburg branch "Nizhnevolgoelektromontazh"

March 18, 2015. The SoftAcademy company announced completion of implementation "1C: Integrated Automation" in the Orenburg branch Nizhnevolgoelektromontazh LLC.

In 2014 for increase in efficiency of document flow in the Orenburg branch of the company the electronic document management system based on Docsvision 5 differing in simplicity in deployment and existence of the ready scheme of the organization of work with documents is implemented. The examples and basic settings included in the solution significantly simplified input of EDMS in action.

At the enterprise processes of work of office, maintaining and approval of agreements, organizational and administrative documents, memos, requests for payment are automated. Integration of SEDS by the accounting system "1C: Integrated Automation" is implemented: it provided convenience of approval in Docsvision of the daily register of payments forming in 1C and also automatic migration of the agreement approved in Docsvision in 1C where the reference book element Agreements at the corresponding partner is created. Due to routing of documents and control of timely accomplishment of instructions also labor costs are significantly reduced by implementation of business challenges of the organization temporary.
