2025: Implementation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.5"

Nizhegorodsky Vodokanal reduces the time for making management decisions using the Enterprise Management 2.5 1C:ERP. This was announced on April 10, 2025 by 1C:April Soft.

JSC Nizhny Novgorod Vodokanal is a dynamically developing enterprise. The company operates and maintains water supply and sewerage networks in Nizhny Novgorod and Kstovsky district. 

As of April 2025, the company serves two thousand kilometers of water supply networks. The length of the sewer of the Nizhny Novgorod Vodokanal is 1,500 kilometers. More than 3300 specialists in the field of water supply and sanitation of 75 professions provide performance and high quality of supplied water. In April 2023, Teploenergo JSC became the management company for Nizhny Novgorod Vodokanal JSC.

At the end of 2023, Teploenergo JSC decided to transfer Nizhegorodsky Vodokanal JSC to the current version of the accounting system, which will combine all business processes of the enterprise.

Solution: 1CERP Enterprise Management 2.5 was selected for regulatory reference information management, accounting consolidation tax warehousing , and in one system. The purpose of the implementation of the Enterprise Management 2.5 1C:ERP was to use new opportunities to improve internal accounting processes, optimize work with the system of specialized users, automate new directions, integration and with other systems.

On the part of 1C: April Soft, the software product and licenses were shipped to it, consulting support was provided on current issues, as well as initial familiarization of users with the typical capabilities of the system using model examples by blocks, an information technology support agreement was concluded. Implementation was carried out by the staff of IT specialists of Nizhegorodsky Vodokanal JSC, specialists 1C:April Soft were involved as needed.

The following functional units are currently operating in the system:

1. Planning and budgeting.
2. Accounting.
3. Tax accounting.
4. Manage Cash.
5. Manage settlements.
6. Asset management.
7. Manage inventory.
8. Integration with 1C: Salary and Human Resources and 1C: Motor Vehicle Management.

The system was put into operation in 01.01.2025. 700 jobs were automated.

As a result of the implementation of the 1C:ERP, a number of business processes are optimized at the enterprise, the time for performing routine operations is reduced, the quality of both management and regulated accounting is improved. Data on the activities of all departments are consolidated in one system online, which reduces the time for searching for information and making management decisions.
