2021: Implementation of the system of interaction with partners on the platform "Turbo X"
The international tire manufacturer Nokian Tyres together with the Russian IT the company Integer completed the project of creating a system of interaction with partners in on the Russia platform from TURBO X "" (Business Group Konsist group). LANIT The system allows you to manage the process of collecting balances at thousands of distributor warehouses throughout. to the country This was announced on November 10, 2021 in the company "Consist Business Group."
Automating the process of controlling product balances at distributor warehouses was one of the key tasks of Nokian Tyres to ensure efficient operation. The process of collecting information on product balances in partner warehouses was very time consuming, required the regular filling of a large number of calculation formulas and significant time costs from both partners and Nokian Tyres employees, which led to the idea of automation and simplification of the process.
When creating a system of interaction with partners in Russia, the choice was made in favor of a solution on the TURBO X platform from Integer, which has experience in solving such problems. As a result of the implementation of the solution, the process of forming consolidated statements for working with the Nokian Tyres distribution network went into automatic mode.
"The system clearly reflects direct partners, existing warehouses and warehouses at different stages of approval, as well as the current balance of tires in the warehouse," said Viktor Mashoshin, CEO of Integer, a TURBO partner. |
The solution supports three process blocks. The first block is the management of partners, partner dealers and warehouses, including adding a new participant, linking to responsible persons, coordinating and adding warehouses. The second block is the collection of residues. After completing a single template, the system calculates and generates the necessary documents. The third block is warehouse audit. The decision analyzes the data collected by the auditors and serves as a link between the manufacturer, partner and auditor.
"The distribution management system at TURBO is an element of transparency for everyone, it is an element of service for our partners and image for Nokian Tyres. It is very important for us how we are perceived, how we manage processes and how convenient it is for our partners to interact with us, "Andrei Pantyukhov, General Director of Nokian Tyres Russia. |
The system on the TURBO X platform covered more than 100 cities in Russia. The project was implemented by Integer with the involvement of the TURBO consulting department for 12 months. The sales, finance, logistics and audit teams were involved in the project from Nokian Tyres.
