The task was to explore the possibility of using a software package as the only tool for working with documents through a WEB interface. As part of the work in this area, a trial integration of the R7-Office office platform with BOSS-Kartarsik IS was carried out.

The integration procedure itself was quite simple: the mechanism for downloading the file from the server to the user's PC was replaced by the mechanism for opening the document in a new tab, immediately to P7-Office.

Based on the results of experimental operation, the solution was recognized as very successful. Despite the need to have one Microsoft Office license copy installed on the server (to generate documents), for BOSS-HR users, the need for additional office applications in the workplace was completely eliminated.
