"The northern star" passed to more modern system of exchange of e-mails

The Softline company implemented a new corporate system in Northern Star company.

In connection with the decision on expansion of business before company management there was a task and of increase in number of information services of the company. The geographically distributed network of the company in which more than hundred personal computers are used today actively develops. Many employees working far off need to have continuous access to a working mailbox from any geographical point and from different mobile devices. So in the company there was a need for the organization of secure remote access to corporate resources.

Before implementation of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 exchange of e-mail was performed using the local mail server and public Internet services that was not convenient for users. Taking into account growth of quantity of jobs and requirements of the company the task of creation of a new mail system of the corporate level which will be able to provide the high level of stability and availability was set".

Solution

Softline completed system implementation of corporate e-mail on the basis of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and the system of defense of perimeter of network with content filtering on the basis of Forefront TMG 2010 in Northern Star company.
