The Notary Chamber of the Samara Region (NPS) and SoyuzEUMcomplex Group of Companies have concluded an agreement on the implementation of the Electronic Document Management System. The increase in the volume of document flow, as well as the desire of the President of the NPS to use modern technologies and interactive means of control and reporting, served as the main reasons for deciding on the implementation of the SED.

As a result of the implementation, a single electronic repository (Archive) was created, the main office processes were optimized and automated (preparation, registration, review, execution and monitoring of resolutions and instructions).
