Softline equipped mobile technopark "Kvantorium 53" for children of the Novgorod region

2020: Creation of mobile technopark

On November 16, 2020 Softline announced participation in creation of mobile technopark "Kvantorium 53" for the Novgorod region. Using software and the equipment placed in the special equipped mobile automobile complex, young residents of seven districts of the area will be able to study bases of industrial design, robotics, work with modern operating systems, the software and programming languages, to gain knowledge and skills in application of space data and geoinformation tools.

Kvantorium is the platform of additional education created for assistance to the accelerated technical development of children and implementation of scientific and technical potential of the Russian youth. In learning process children invent and test the solutions developed using a specialized software and the equipment. Since 2018 the direction is included in the Federal project "Success of Each Child", within NP Obrazovaniye. For November, 2020 in Russia 110 such platforms of different specialization in 76 regions of the Russian Federation work already.

Mobile technoparks Kvantorium are the specially equipped automobile complexes which give chance to be engaged on the hi-tech equipment and to realize the ideas to children from remote, first of all rural areas. The first mobile technopark Kvantorium appeared in the Novgorod region a year ago. With the advent of the second more than one thousand students from Demyansky, Krestetsky, Okulovsky, Parfinsky, Pestovsky, Soletsky and Hvoyninsky municipal districts could be connected to participation in the project.

Thanks to mobile technopark pupils of 6-8 classes are trained within six directions in three kvantuma: kvantum industrial design and robotics, ITVR/-AR, geo and aero technologies. Softline helped the customer to pick up and implement the equipment and the software for functioning of all directions.

In particular, for work VR квантума Softline delivered glasses and helmets of virtual reality of production of Epson and HTC companies and also the system of tracking. In work of an aerokvantum unmanned aerial vehicles which operation children program independently are used. And for functioning IT kvantuma and a robokvantuma experts of Softline picked up solutions of the leading suppliers of the training innovation equipment and software: Lego Education and Amperka.

Work on creation of Kvantorium was conducted in hard time: against the background of a pandemic some foreign industrial organizations temporarily stopped work, because of closure of borders the trade message between the countries was violated. Experts of Softline organized delivery of the necessary equipment to two stages. First of all the supplier delivered notebooks and the software, the second queue other equipment came. Thanks to competent approach to the organization of process, we could make to start work of mobile technopark Kvantorium in time: since September first it already began the movement on agglomerations of the Novgorod region. For November, 2020 kvantorianets already master skills of work with the innovation software within an IT kvantuma, learn to work with unmanned aerial vehicles and 3-D modellings receive skills.
