The Novgorod Regional Notary Chamber has introduced the electronic archive "Etla" into its work. This was announced by Atlas Soft on June 9, 2023. The use of this software guarantees that notarial actions are performed as soon as possible and in exact accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Novgorod Regional Notary Chamber (NONP) is a professional association of notaries engaged in private practice. The chamber began its work in 1993.

All these years, the NONP represents and protects the interests of notaries, provides them with assistance and assistance in their work, organizes internships for persons applying for the position of notaries, provides insurance of notarial activities and performs other functions.

A notary is an independent person who helps ordinary citizens and companies conduct transactions safely and by law. The notary verifies documents, certifies signatures on them, certifies copies, draws up powers of attorney, deeds, wills. The notary guarantees compliance with the law: before entering into a transaction or issuing a power of attorney, he checks the authenticity and correctness of execution of all documents that are related to the notarial action being performed. That is, the work of a notary is working with documents.

A significant part of the documents is drawn up electronically. The number of electronic documents is constantly growing, and the share of paper documents is decreasing. Effective work with electronic documents is simply impossible without the use of electronic document management programs. Therefore, the notary chamber decided to introduce the electronic archive "Etla" into the work.

After installing the system on users' computers, Etla specialists made the initial configuration of the archive, and at the request of the customer, they set up the generation of reports on incoming and outgoing documents. Employees of the notary chamber were instructed to work with the program, demonstrated its capabilities.
