Novikombank automates calculation of a financial result on the Circuit VRM-platform

Start of the project

At the beginning of August, 2003 Ltd JSB Novikombank and Intersoft Lab company signed the delivery agreement and system implementation "the Circuit Corporation. Financial management".

In March, 2004 specialists of Intersoft Lab company and Ltd JSB Novikombank successfully completed implementation in bank of a system "the Circuit Corporation. Financial management".

Continuation of cooperation

In October, 2006 Ltd JSB Novikombank made the decision on development of a system of financial management on the Platform of Data warehouses Circuit of production of Intersoft Lab company. Between credit institution and developer company the delivery agreement and implementation of the new version of the Data warehouse Circuit of Corporation and an application package for business performance management is signed: financial management, risk management and customer relationship managements.

In October, 2014 in JSB NOVIKOMBANK the first stage of creation of an automated system of calculation of a financial result of Bank is completed. In July, 2014 in Novikombank the automated system of calculation of a financial result of profit centers, the business directions and sales points based on the Circuit BPM platform of version 3.1 is put into commercial operation.

The last 10 years the Bank operated the system of managerial accounting and budgeting of household expenses on the previous version of the Circuit platform — 2.5 on DBMS MS SQL Server. Due to the new strategic tasks of Novikombank the decision to implement uniform model of calculation of efficiency of the business directions in scales of all bank, sales points, products/clients and cost value of banking activities was made.

For this purpose the basis of a VRM-system of Bank — the data warehouse Circuit — was transferred to the new version — 3.1 — on a technology platform of Oracle Database, the applied functionality of the Management reporting application for calculation of a financial result in different analytical cuts is upgraded. Works on integration of the data warehouse with the core banking system of bank, ensuring quality of data, enrichment of primary data as necessary analytics and setup of calculation of a financial result of profit centers, the business directions and sales points were executed less than for half a year.

Within an implementation project of a complex CPM system specialists of Intersoft Lab implemented uniform model of calculation of a financial result in scales of bank taking into account the transfer cost of resources and diversity of overheads with analytical detailing in the business directions, sales points and clients. The model offered by bank and reflecting his analytical requirements was rather difficult. Distribution of overheads is executed using about fifty kost-drivers calculated according to storage.
