• Within project implementation of "Upgrade of the systems of telemechanics and communication of objects of Novosibirskenergo according to order 603" in 2007 the equipment Tornado-KP, the TORNADO-CCPPS is supplied.

2016

In October, 2016 on the Novosibirsk CHPP-5 the bagerny pump station (BPS) on pumping of ash-bearing drains should be started. Development and delivery of BNS PCS the software and hardware complex (SHC) is charged to Tornado Modular Systems company.

The Novosibirsk CHPP-5 is included into the Russian company "Novosibirskenergo", it is one of the largest power enterprises of the country.

The complex of hydraulic engineering construction CHPP-5 consists of ash dumps, a zoloshlakoprovod over 2 kilometers long, the floating pump station of a clarified water and the drainage pump station.

Construction and commissioning bagerny pumping is one of key tasks: if BNS is not entered into the appointed time, then NTETs-5 will not receive the passport of readiness for winter.

Development and delivery of BNS PCS the software and hardware complex (SHC), complex adjustment of the automated control system, including adjustment of the "field" and top level is charged to Tornado Modular Systems company.

Except automation of work bagerny pumping the project it is necessary to provide upgrade existing and delivery of the additional hardware of telemechanics for transfer of telemechanical information on work of BNS on the central control panel of NTETs-5.

2018

On the Novosibirsk CHPP-5 forces of InfoWatch Group and Tornado Modular Systems Group completed a pilot project during which the assessment of compatibility of a HSS of InfoWatch ASAP with the Tornado-N software and hardware complex was carried out and also the stated functionality of security is checked.

According to the results of test stand operations the functionality of a system was prodemonstirovan to specialists of the Novosibirsk CHPP-5 on Bagerny pumping CHPP-5 which is located in Oktyabrsky district of the city of Novosibirsk.

This joint product of three Russian innovative companies (software developer – ASP Labs LLC) allows to increase qualitatively the level of information security of the automated control system, to bring it into accord with international to standards and practicians in the field of information security support and the Russian legislation. A system allows to analyze all network traffic, to signal about emergence of any alien, unauthorized messages, changes in network behavior, a traffic spectrum.

The specialized hardware and software system InfoWatch ASAP is adapted to use in technology networks and intended for detection and prevention of the attacks directed to information infrastructure of automatic control systems by production and technology processes. The complex is finished and integrated into structure of the Tornado-N software and hardware complex which is made in Novosibirsk by Tornado Modular Systems company and allows to manage in real time technology processes of the enterprise. The HSS of InfoWatch ASAP functions based on the failsafe, highly reliable industrial computer IPC Gridex - also developed in the company. Network infrastructure (switches) are provided with products of one more member of NPPA Association - Eltex companies.
