The general designer and technical customer of the project was Spectrum Group. The spectrum developed the design and estimate documentation for the facility, and was also responsible for the integrated management of the project, including the collection of initial permits, the selection of contractors and compliance with construction deadlines, monitoring the quality of work, obtaining a conclusion on compliance and putting the facility into operation.

During the project in the Vitro-CAD system:

• 5400 approval processes have been completed;
• corrected 15,000 comments;
• 540 sets of Technical Documentation have been issued;
• More than 1,900 change requests have been completed.
