OMZ-IT and Softline will carry out digitalization of businesss-processes for OMZ

2019: Agreement with the purpose of digitalization of business processes

On October 28, 2019 reported to Softline that together with OMZ-IT, entering into Group of OMZ, signed the agreement on strategic partnership which opens possibilities of digital transformation for a number of the large Russian enterprises.

The agreement is signed within implementation by the OMZ-IT company which is responsible for information technologies in Group of OMZ, projects on digitalization of business processes. According to the signed agreement, Softline became the resource partner of Group of OMZ in many IT directions. Specialists of Softline have an opportunity to initiate creation and to analyze effectiveness of IT projects on increase in efficiency of productions of OMZ. Actually OMZ-IT will receive the relevant consulting services based on the relevant technologies approved on similar productions.

Operation of the agreement extends to service of the main enterprises of Group of OMZ. The list included 18 enterprises of Group, including: Izhora Plants, Cryogenmash, OMZ Special steel, Uralkhimmash and others.

Having not only technical expertize, but also vision of strategic perspectives in the industry and also ability to direct the cross-subordinated project team, Softline will help OMZ-IT to close all requirements on IT outsourcing for Group of OMZ. On the other hand, such integration will allow the participant of global IT market to increase the level of understanding of tasks of the customer considerably.
