Content

On March 27, 2014 company "1C:" announced the first BIT project completion to creation of the unified information system of the OPIN development group. At the heart of a system: programs "BIT. Finance", "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Document Flow 8". More than 100 jobs are automated.

Project Tasks

At the time of the beginning of the project in the OPIN group for the solution of a set of business challenges of the fields of management, planning and control of developer projects different programs with different platforms were used. A part them was connected among themselves by the means of exchanging developed by specialists of OPIN.

Such heterogeneity of software platforms, methodologies and the interface structures resulted in insufficient efficiency of the business processes provided with programs. It was necessary to accumulate information dispersed on the different systems and to integrate the functions executed by users in the same different systems.

Optimization became a main objective of the project on creation in the OPIN development group of the unified information system.

Project Progress

As a core of an information system development "1C is selected: The first BIT" — "BIT. Finance", integrated by page 1C. For creation of the unified information system programs are selected "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Document Flow 8".

During the project specialists "1C: The first BIT" created an automated system with the single interface for software solutions. Meeting requirements of OPIN, by means of completions a framework of standard functionality of all programs is considerably expanded, including new subsystems ("project management" and "sales planning") are developed.

Project Results

The project solves tasks:

  • centralization of business processes within a single managerial system;
  • the project management process automation which integrated their uniform rules and methodology of planning and control of execution of tasks and also closely connected work planning on projects with budget planning;
  • the sales planning process automation which allowed to include the sales plan in the general system of financial planning;
  • absolute coordination of processes of budgeting, treasury and contract management, the accurate organization of their step-by-step execution due to use of mechanisms of automation.

Oleg Mitchenko, the project manager from the OPIN development group told: "Historically it developed so that in the company several information systems were used, between them integration was organized, but it required continued support and attention from IT service. It was inconvenient to users to work in several systems. A single managerial system was necessary for us for improvement of quality of work and effective interaction. Main result of work of specialists "1C: The first BIT" there was a creation of a common information space on which work of all divisions of the company is started. Contract management modules, by budgets, managements of treasury, project activity of the company, sales planning were implemented".
