2019: Implementation of 1C: Meat processing of MES. The module for 1C:ERP
In September, 2019 the project on implementation of 1C was implemented : Meat processing of MES. The module for 1C:ERP on meat-processing plant "Olympia". As the contractor the Absolyut-Soft company corporate projects acted.
Before implementation of a MES system at the enterprise there was a simple system of production accounting which gave an overall picture of the events, but extent of detailing of transactions required improvement.
During the project the following problems of automation are solved:
- Acceptance of a raw meat
- Defrosting of a raw meat: registration of losses
- Boning of meat and bird: registration of individual development (in kg), the analysis of exits according to the specification.
- Preparation of a raw meat: registration of transactions of cutting, cabin, salting and maturing
- A set of raw materials for forcemeat: program control of observance of a compounding, display of necessary amount of raw materials in the automated workplace, variance analysis.
- Molding of sausages: accounting of auxiliary materials
- Heat treatment of sausages of boiled group: loss analysis at each stage (draft, heat treatment, a dushirovaniye, intensive cooling), registration of the time spent of products at each stage, information display about products on monitors.
- Drying of sausages of raw smoked group (similar indicators)
- Production of delicacies (injection, massaging)
- Acceptance of spices and auxiliary materials
- Packing of spices
