Federal State Unitary Enterprise PO Korpus is one of leaders in development and production of high-precision inertial devices of management systems for carrier rockets, orientation of the artificial satellite piloted and pilotless spaceships and stations. The Korpus enterprise takes active part in development, production, delivery and maintenance of gyro instruments of the management systems (MS) for space-rocket complexes within the federal space program and the international obligations of the Russian Federation.

About automation of NPO Korpus and the reasons of the choice of system implementation Omega, the head of information technology Kashinsky Georgy Sergeyevich and the head of the working group from Istsoft LLC Ivan Aleksandrovich Prokhotsky told. For cost reduction of production and increase in efficiency of activity of the enterprise in general and also for creation of a common information space, the management of NPO Korpus made the decision to develop and implement the project on creation of the unified information system for automation of planning, accounting, control and the analysis of all main business operations. – the head of information technology speaks

G.S. Kashinsky. – In 2007 the enterprise carried out the deep analysis of the Russian and foreign management systems presented at the market, requirements to an information system are developed. As a result CIS of "Omega Production" (development of Omegasoftware company) which contains required functionality was selected and also the price/quality among products of a similar class has a reasonable ratio.

It is important to note that in addition to technical parameters of the software product the automation project success considerably depends on qualification of the command implementing it in practice. The Istsoft company (the official representative of Omegasoftware company in Volga region the region) which proved as the reliable partner in work with department of information technologies of the enterprise became the contractor. – Georgy Sergeyevich notes.

System implementation at the NPO Korpus enterprise occurs step by step.

Start of control block engineering data which includes the module of management of design documentation (within a built-in PDM system) and technology documentation (within built-in technology SAPRA and PDM systems) became the first stage. The main results of implementation of this block allowed to increase significantly efficiency of service of the chief technologist (regarding writing of technical processes, development of consumption rates of the main and auxiliary materials) and department of job management and the salary (regarding regulation of labor input of production of products). Performance excellence of the project was promoted by active work of designers on creation and maintaining in the system of design documents (parts, specifications of assembly nodes, purchased component parts, group specifications, etc.), carrying out changes with the notifications approved in a system, filling of the database electronic copies of drawings. Now services of the enterprise can quickly work with electronic data on products in the workplaces.

Along with work of designers technologists and norm setters turned on the existing technology processes (TP) in CIS of "Omega Production" and based on the brought design documentation develop new TP. All changes of technology documentation are without fail carried out to CIS of "Omega Production" using the notifications approved in a system. Also in a system account of information on the equipment designed and manufactured at the enterprise for the last few years is kept. Now on the basis of the data which are contained in TP materials requirement, component parts (PKI), the equipment and labor resources of specific types and volumes of products, necessary for production, is calculated.

Start of the module of an inventory control for more than two tens central warehouses became the next important stage of implementation of an end-to-end information system. Start of this module together with a management subsystem engineering data allowed economic services of the enterprise to carry out more quickly performance monitoring of use of material and labor resources.

Debugging of a planning module of production, including calculation of terms of start/production is at the moment performed. Start of the module, according to an implementation project, is planned for August, 2014. Also trial operation of the block of accounting in production (the movement of parts from procurement to a warehouse of ready parts, the movement of assembly units from workshop to a finished goods warehouse) with operational reflection of the movement in pick lists is carried out. The amount of data which is available in a system is base for carrying out inventory of work in progress now, but in plans there is a problem of automation of accounting of production dresses that will allow to receive the affairs statement in work in progress on any timepoint.

The company performance of "Istsoft" on implementation of the Parus Enterprise 8 software product became logical development of an implementation project of the automated control system for the enterprise (ACSE). This software package in the long term will undertake solving of tasks on accounting of performance of agreements and financial planning, payroll, accounting and tax accounting, to maintaining the staff list and time keeping, personnel management (including planning of training, a talent pool, certification of jobs and formation of the list of the workers who are subject to regular medical examination).

The corresponding technical specifications are approved, the module of maintaining the staff list is started, trial operation of the module of personnel management, acceptance tests of the block of payroll and setup of modules of accounting and tax accounting, accounting of performance of agreements is carried out.

Integration of CIS Omega and software "Parus Enterprise 8" using a single platform will allow to create a common information space of the enterprise — a basis of development of software Body.

Project Results

On April 18, 2016 the Istsoft company announced results of implementation after two years of operation of CIS Omega.

Now Omega helps the check point to provide production preparation in full: from the moment of planning of purchase of material to a product exit and also its maintenance on all production chain. Now in CIS Omega is carried out all documentation necessary for start of a product to production.

Using a system we could calculate and prove quickly for entering into the purchase plan of the enterprise of need of the check point for metal for 2016. Work which took several months at calculation manually was executed for several days. In 2016 it is going to obtain in real time using CIS Omega information on that how many materials are spent how many in work and how many is in a warehouse.

At the first stage it was necessary to spend many forces for entering of information in a system. Now, when in Omega the powerful information array is already created, in a system working off of design documentation, route technology processes is conducted. It is possible to tell with confidence that now CIS Omega was the real tool, notable help in work.
