OmniTracker became base for access control of ITIL3 of Yandex.Money company

OMNINET and OMNIWAY companies announced end of the joint project on upgrade of an access control system of ITIL3 for Yandex.Money company implemented based on OMNITRACKER software.

During the project the single system of approval and recording of providing access to databases and applications conforming to high security requirements of Yandex.Money company was developed. In addition for the first time in the Russian practice of implementation of access control systems the special integrated analysis system of history of data was successfully installed.

Within the project specialists of OMNIWAY company developed model of version control of all access objects (roles, data sources, the politician, groups of approval and so forth). This model allowed to store all statuses and interrelations of access objects not only for any date in the past, but also to create their target statuses for any date in the future. Any changes in the OMNITRACKER system (changes of information in requests for connection or shutdown, actions of contractors, change of versions the politician, changes of roles and their interrelations and so forth) registered in the system of single record without a possibility of removal. Moreover, process was organized in such a way that without successful signing up in WORM further execution was impossible. A system was integrated with Jira, MS ActiveDirectory and the system of check of reliability of the digital signature.

Implementation of a unique system ready for further control automation by business processes of Yandex.Money became a project deliverable.
