SUNLIGHT has implemented the iSpring Learn corporate training platform to strengthen employee adaptation and development in the retail chain. This approach has created a centralized distance learning system for 5,000 employees in more than 950 stores across the country. The company has a single digital learning loop with detailed analytics, KPI reporting and gamification. This helped reduce adaptation times, increase engagement and implement uniform service standards. ISpring Solutions announced this on October 31, 2025.
Previously, SUNLIGHT training was conducted on a self-written platform, and instructions and checklists were stored in PDF documents. This approach did not provide the necessary transparency and did not allow rapid monitoring of the progress and quality of staff adaptation.
After the rapid growth of the network and the transformation of HR processes, the company has a need for a flexible LMS system that will allow you to scale training, manage employee engagement and take into account performance metrics. iSpring Learn was the answer to this request thanks to its simple interface, convenient reporting and built-in motivation system.

The company has built a three-stage training model: the first level - adaptation of new employees (welcome-course, introductory videos, checklists), the second - the development of professional skills (service standards, cash discipline, work with assortment), the third - the development of managerial competencies. A separate career track has been created for future executives. LMS has a built-in knowledge base that allows you to quickly find answers to typical questions and quickly train new processes.
The system is adapted to a young and digital-familiar audience, which is difficult to keep with formal instructions. Courses are divided into short formats, video, infographics, cards and tests are used. With built-in gamification, employees receive points and certificates for completing modules - this enhances engagement.
iSpring Learn is also used as a channel for change: through the SUNLIGHT platform, it informs employees of standard updates, changes in processes and innovations in stores. In the near future - the introduction of individual educational routes.
