Optiland transfers cottage settlements to a cloud service of PASS24.online

Content

On October 4, 2017 the ONVI Service company announced that the Optiland company builder transfers management of the cottage settlements to cloud services.

Now management of gating systems of settlements is available to inhabitants from mobile devices (iOS, Android) through mobile application of PASS24.online and the traditional web interface. The security service also transfers registers to an electronic form that will allow to increase transparency and security of settlements.

Transition to a cloud service of PASS24.online — a part of our strategy within which we aim to create the most authentic and, at the same time, the comfortable environment in the settlements. In each project we are focused on that way of life which future inhabitants want to conduct. We are guided by people with priorities, for example, in Marseille, we place emphasis on education, in Cambridge on education, and in Bristol — on family values. Desire to create the "smart" and safe environment based on application of the latest IT solutions and services integrates all our settlements — Alexey Odnoral, the Head of Department of implementation of Optiland company emphasized.

Project Results

In cottage settlements Cambridge, Marseille and Bristol management of gating systems using mobile application of PASS24.online became available. Today the cloud service passed test and is available to residents of the settlement of "Bristol" which totals more than 10 thousand inhabitants. It is expected that with implementation of PASS24.online in Cambridge and Marseille the number of users will reach 18, 5 thousand. On average in the settlement about 1.5 million requests for the admission a year become.

The cloud service of PASS24.online provides the transparent system of entrance/departure on the territory of the cottage settlement of guest transport and allows to trace and control time of stay of guests. Interaction with security guards in real time accelerates processes, according to the company, for 80%. Management of a gating system in mobile application also allows to increase interaction speed with check-point. Besides, the service allows to create "admission constants" — templates of requests for guests and also to repeat requests. The possibility of loss of the request and errors at its filling is excluded.

Implementations of PASS24.online to Optiland company settlements for us — an important step. We successfully passed test and started work in the settlement of "Bristol", in the next plans — transfer of two more settlements of the company to our service — the CEO of ONVI Service IT company, the founder of the PASS24.online project Alexey Khromov reported.
