The Optsion-TM leasing company builds the distributed information system

In Optsion-TM company the first stage of an implementation project of the new distributed information system "Homnet Leasing 8" is completed: based on the module "Accounting of the Leasing Company" accounting and tax accounting is automated.

Goal

The 1C: Accounting 8 program of edition 1.6 adapted for needs of leasing business not completely conformed to requirements of the legislation and did not allow to prepare the correct regulated reporting in the automatic mode.

A system which would fully allow to automate all complex of accounting and tax transactions was required for the company. Having analyzed the situation existing in the Russian market of automation of the leasing companies, the management of "Optsion-TM" made the decision on implementation of the module "Accounting of the Leasing Company" developed based on the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration of edition 2.0 which is a part of the distributed information system "Homnet Leasing 8".

Solution

Implementation of the module "Accounting of the Leasing Company" happened with active participation of employees of "Optsion-TM" operating under control of specialists Homnet Leasing that allowed to reduce the project cost of automation and to achieve at the same time good results.

During the project of automation of regulated accounting specialists Homnet Leasing implemented the functional module "Accounting of the Leasing Company" of the standard software product "Homnet Leasing 8": developed mechanisms for implementation of automatic transfer and data purification, made data transfer from the 1C: Accounting 8 program of edition 1.6 used earlier. Automated labor-consuming sections of department of accounting: accounting of objects of leasing on balance of the lessee, formation of acts and invoices in batch mode and their sending by e-mail.

Result

Since March, 2012 the module "Accounting of the Leasing Company" is put into operation.
