B&N Bank creates an application integration IT environment

On November 11, 2013 the Neoflex company announced implementation in B&N BANK of the integration solution Oracle Service Bus as platforms for consolidation of information systems of bank.

Project Tasks

To provide the necessary level of service and high processing speed of requests, the bank made the decision - to integrate systems involved in process of issue of credit cards into a uniform landscape.

Project Progress

Specialists of Neoflex company integrated on the basis of Oracle Service Bus several specialized business applications among which a system for input of Internet requests for preparation of credit cards, the CRM platform, card processing, the solution for counteraction to fraud and some other. As one of components of an IT landscape it is involved by software of decision making of FICO Capstone Decision Accelerator.

The first credit card was issued in four months since the beginning of the project. In use the solution was supplemented with new functionality. In particular, integration with a payment system of QIWI, an expanded set of the services available to clients through call center and IVR is implemented, attachment to the Internet request of electronic copies of the documents confirming level of income of the borrower is provided.

Project Results

Consolidation of 10 information systems in an integral landscape is implemented in 4 months.
