2024: Electronic Archive Implementation

Specialists of the Oryol State Institute of Culture have configured and implemented the ETLA electronic archive system. This was announced by Atlas Soft on June 3, 2024.

The Oryol State Institute of Culture is an educational institution that trains specialists in the field of choreographic, instrumental, theater arts, as well as library and museum affairs. The implementation of state programs is carried out, interaction with specialized institutions, students and their parents is carried out. All this leads to the formation of a need to work with a large amount of documentation. To speed up the search process, as well as systematize the storage and accounting of documents, the management of the Institute of Culture decided to introduce an electronic archive system.

During the analysis of the systems that are present on the market, the Oryol State Institute of Culture chose an electronic archive for the following reasons:

• the system can be used within the framework of import substitution - it was created by a Russian developer, which protects against the sudden departure of the company from the Russian market, allows you to count on timely and regular updates, the provision of support;
• the installation process is as simplified as possible - the specialists of the Institute of Culture were able to cope with the process of implementing and configuring the system on their own;
• the system is compatible with most programs used as part of import substitution, which simplifies the process of its implementation and allows you not to abandon the usual software;

it will be possible to significantly speed up the process of working with documents by automating the implementation of a whole range of mandatory operations;

• there are tools that allow you to keep track of the existing paper archive.

The electronic archive "ETLA" allows you to store both electronic documents and scans of paper originals. It supports almost all types of files, which greatly simplifies the process of performing operations. The "missile defense" package gives the client additional opportunities, allowing you to quickly carry out standard processes and making documentation processing, its search as convenient as possible.

Special attention is paid to safety. The system is equipped with additional functions that prevent hacking and unauthorized access. The client can specify who has the right to familiarize himself with this or that document. In addition, complete confidentiality is provided.

The system is constantly being developed and periodically supplemented with new functions, taking into account the customer's needs. Updating user workplaces does not require any action from them and occurs automatically.

It is expected that the introduction of the ETLA electronic archive system at the Oryol State Institute of Culture will significantly speed up the process of performing routine operations with documentation, systematize its storage, and allow you to quickly find the necessary files. As a result, the overall productivity of the administrative divisions of the educational institution will increase.
