On May 31, 2019 it became known that the developer "Osnova" will begin to control workers on the buildings using a system through application of special electronic bracelets. It was said by the president of the company Alexander Ruchyyov.
We call this Terra Smart technology, tested it on the first building. Since the end of summer of 2019 we will be able to implement in large quantities it and until the end of the year we will implement on all the buildings. Thanks to it terms of construction are reduced by 25-30% and the number of theft falls for 50%, told Alexander Ruchyyov, the president of Osnova company

The technology assumes that two bracelets are put on hands to the worker. Thanks to them all its main movements on the platform are fixed. Then the recorded data are digitized, analyzed, and output to the remote monitor in real time in the form of the special diagram. As a result the foreman easily can see, for example, idle times in work.
The first data impress. We managed to reduce construction time for 25% because the number of idle times decreases. We managed to get rid of low-quality personnel — replaced about 30%. And very serious break in terms of theft. Because when there are enough building materials and try to come out with them, it the characteristic movement of hands too. The machine reads out it, and protection receives a signal, explained Alexander Ruchyyov, the president of Osnova company

The foreign companies became interested in a control system of workers, the president of Basis noted.
For May, 2019 we implemented this case for the American developer. So it was pleasant to them that they want that this technology was selected in the separate legal entity and is commercialized, told Alexander Ruchyyov, the president of Osnova company

The control system of workers became a part of an end-to-end system of management of investment and construction projects on a basis BIM- models. In addition to actually design, it allows to automate budgeting of projects, tender purchases, scheduling and network planning, construction supervision and also acceptance of the performed works. A system works based on software products of the company Autodesk: Revit Navisworks 3D Civil and BIM 360. In Osnova Group spent about 1 million for its implementation dollars.
The solution to pass completely to information modeling in the developer was accepted in 2017. The LDC Gogol Park who is under construction in Lyubertsy situated near Moscow became a pilot project for implementation of BIM technologies. According to the head of group of process automation of investment and construction projects of Osnova Group Vladimir Shamshin, reduction of review periods and acceptance of the work documentation up to one week became a result of transition to information modeling, decrease in number of its changes in process of building by 30% and also substantial increase of reliability and transparency of results of construction supervision[1].
