The 1C-Rarus company completed product introduction "1C-Rarus: Management of the medical organization" in NUZ "Otdelenchesky clinic at the Isakogorka station of JSC "Russian Railways", the company reported on May 28, 2013.
Project Background
Out-patient and clinical activity of clinic was not automated absolutely. Control work in "narrow" places and increase service quality of patients without application of software technologies it is very difficult.
For optimization of activity of clinic it was required to implement the modern information system corresponding to parameters:
- Automation of routine work of personnel of clinic;
- Maintaining clinical record and out-patient map of each patient;
- Optimization of work of registry and acceptance of patients;
- Obtaining necessary management and financial statements.
"1C-Rarus: Management of the medical organization" - the software product which functionality could provide optimal automation of clinic.
System implementation facilitated activity of medical personnel of organization. Implementation reaches opportunities:
- Messages the clinical record and the out-patient map of each patient, including in it results of laboratory analyses, instrumental researches, x-rays, photos.
- To quickly get any statements, referrals and epikriza, references.
- Optimize work of registry, to optimum organize acceptance of patients, make the schedule of work of doctors.
- Receive necessary statistical reporting: assessment of incidence, efficiency of treatment, effect of medications, load of medical staff and cost of treatment.
- Messages financial statements.
Tatyana Sviridova, the chief physician of NUZ "Otdelenchesky clinic at the Isakogorka station of JSC "Russian Railways", noted:
- The new information system provided effective implementation of the tasks of clinic directed to preserving and multiplication of health of railroad workers and security of the movement. "1C-Rarus: Management of the medical organization" helps us to make preliminary medical selection at employment, periodic medical examination working, pretrip medical examination of locomotive crews, examination of professional suitability of the persons ensuring traffic safety. We could improve work of out-patient and polyclinic organization, improve the state of health of workers, save labor resources of health facilities, saving at the same time considerable means.
It is planned that costs for informatization will pay off less, than in two years.
A system significantly facilitated work of our specialists – doctors and nurses. Non-core loading of employees is reduced that allows them to pay more attention to direct work – communication with patients, delivery of health care. Personally to me a system allowed to manage fully clinic on the basis of objective and timely information.
