The Otkrytiye bank completely automated work of the supervisory board

On March 6, 2020 the Otkrytiye bank announced a successful completion of automation of activity of the supervisory board of credit institution using the Boardmaps system of Dashboard Sistems company. The project was implemented in six months.

The project objective was to simplify to members of the supervisory board access to materials and results of work of bank for acquaintance and operational decision making, to provide a possibility of remote participation in meetings using media broadcasting and an online chat, to digitize information streams and to accelerate information exchange.

Before the meeting of the supervisory board of bank took place in a classical format using paper document flow. The only elements of automation were use of standard programs from the office suite and e-mail.

Now mobile access both on internal, and at the correspondence meetings allows to study quickly the agenda and other materials of meetings of the supervisory board, to take electronic vote. There was a possibility of remote work from any place in the world with convenient communication and a safe chat for the solution of strategic questions. Function of quick access to archive of meetings is also implemented.

The Boardmaps system provides the multilingual interface, the built-in module of the synchronous presentation, a connectivity of the mobile device using multifactor authentication of Mobile Iron, the differentiated mechanism of a role model and integration with EDMS and corporate mail.

Most of members of the supervisory board of Otkrytiye bank are also included into the supervisory boards of other organizations of group. Now on one tablet of each head there is an accessibility to documents of meetings of all collegiate organs to which it is related, at observance of all necessary measures of information security. A system allows to use safely all functionality on any mobile devices. Further it is going to replicate this solution on other collegiate organs of the companies of the Opening group.
