JSC Dashboard of Sistems - developer of the BoardMaps software product is organized on November 17, 2011 in Moscow.

Since March, 2012 JSC Dashboard of Sistems - the official participant of the Innovation center "Skolkovo".

The Dashboard of Sistems company in the 2013th year developed the BoardMaps application, the solution on automation of work of Boards of Directors, Boards, Committees and the operational meetings. BoardMaps supports work of several collegiate organs of management in one company or in several companies in holding, is available in the form of the classical application or as a cloud service.

History

2021: iDeals purchased 25% of "Dashboard of Sistems" at Lanit

On February 4, 2021 Lanit announced sale of 25% of the Dashboard of Sistems company known on development of the system of acceptance of management decisions of BoardMaps. The software developer of iDeals acted as the buyer within this transaction.

Its participants did not begin to open financial side of the agreement. Thus, Lanit leaves the capital of "Dashboard of Sistems" nearly seven years later after investment into the project.

iDeals purchased 25% of "Dashboard of Sistems" at Lanit

As noted in Lanit, the transaction corresponds to an investment strategy of group which develops hi-tech startups, helping them to reach self-sufficiency and to increase shareholder value. Further investments of Lanit pay off through capitalization (complete or partial sale of a startup) or dividends, emphasized in the press service of group.

For Lanit this good completion of participation in the project. We continue our innovation activity, we will actively look for products further and to invest in those directions which create synergy with the current business of group — the president of Lanit group Philip Gens whose words are cited in the press release said.

According to him, the transaction with iDeals opened for "Dashboard of Sistems" a new stage in development of the solution BoardMaps. Considering orientation to international markets, "Dashboard of Sistems" will gain much bigger synergy effect of cooperation with the iDeals command, added Gens.

In iDeals calculate that Boardmaps will expand the product portfolio developed by the company for corporate management and will help to strengthen its positions at the global level.

Lanit also noted that BoardMaps repeatedly became the winner of industry awards and entered authoritative international ratings. For example, the product received a design award of Reddot Award.^[1]

2014: LANIT and Buran Venture Capital invested over 100 million rubles in "Dashboard of Sistems"

The LANIT group and Private equity fund of Buran Venture Capital (BVC) signed in November of the 0214th year the partnership agreement about joint investment more than 100 million rubles in development of the Dashboard of Sistems company which is engaged in development of the advanced software products for managerial structures of large and medium-sized companies and public authorities.
