ER-Telecom and Otkrytiye bank agreed about strategic partnership in development of digital economy

2019: The agreement for the purpose of development of the Digital Economy program

On September 30, 2019 the JSC ER-Telecom Holding company (TM "Дом.ru Business") reported that together with PJSC Bank FC Otkritie signed the agreement on strategic partnership.

The document was signed by the president of JSC ER-Telecom Holding Andrey Kuzyaev and the board member, the head of the IT block of Otkrytiye bank Sergey Rusanov.

The parties agreed about cooperation for the purpose of implementation and development of programs of digital economy, increase in efficiency and optimization of work of bank departments and ATMs, due to development of telecom infrastructure, application of Wi-fi, video surveillance, video analytics and solutions of Internet of Things.

The agreement provides actions for optimization and digitalization of IT infrastructure on objects of Otkrytiye bank – offices and ATM network.

In particular, use and further development of Wi - Fi - the platform will promote transfer of clients of bank to remote channels of service, integration with the CRM system of bank for enrichment of base and to formation of the personalized offers. Development and deployment of the solutions IoT will help to provide to reliability of operation of the engineering systems.

The parties agreed about exchange of experience, rendering an advisory, information and legal assistance, support in project implementation and implementation of services. In the nearest future the companies will develop the specific plan of cooperation.
