2025: Transition to VK WorkSpace begins
Ozon plans to connect several thousand users to the VK WorkSpace Platform Board service. As of November 2025, Ozon is already actively using the solution, the tool allows teams to unify collaboration with visualization of ideas, projects and business processes. In addition, it allows you to flexibly manage access rights, as well as provide additional protection for sensitive data. VK Tech announced this on November 24, 2025.
When choosing a solution, Ozon took into account the reliability and safety of the product. Key requirements include a clear interface, centralized access management, single sign-on over SSO, logging user actions on the system. It was important for the company to get a service that develops in accordance with market trends, regularly updates functionality and covers all user needs. The VK WorkSpace board came up in all respects.
To ensure maximum convenience for employees, the transition to a new service is implemented in stages - without strict deadlines and regulations for data transfer. The Ozon and VK Tech teams have built a flexible and comfortable transition process to this tool. Key projects and historical data were transferred from previous tools so that all information is preserved in a single space. This approach allowed us to test scenarios, collect feedback from staff and gradually connect new divisions of the company.
Ozon uses online whiteboards to create business process diagrams, team presentations, retro, planning, strategic sessions and facilitations.
